By accessing or using the ELO-AGI (NEURO) framework, website, or associated services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ELO-AGI (NEURO) is an open-source neuroscience-inspired AGI framework distributed under the MIT License. The Service includes the software framework, documentation, website, interactive demos, and sponsorship programs operated by Z.E Digital Tech. ("we", "us", "our").

3. MIT License

The ELO-AGI software is released under the MIT License. You are free to use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, and/or sell copies of the software, subject to the conditions of the MIT License. The full license text is available in the project repository.

4. Use of the Website

You may use the website and interactive demos for personal, educational, or commercial purposes. You agree not to:

  • Attempt to disrupt or compromise the website or API services
  • Use automated tools to scrape or overload the service
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose

5. Sponsorship & Payments

Sponsorship payments are voluntary contributions to support development. Payments are processed through PayPal, bank transfer (IBAN), or cryptocurrency. Sponsorship benefits are provided as described on the pricing page and may be modified with reasonable notice. Payments are non-refundable except at our discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

The ELO-AGI software is open source under MIT License. The website design, branding, and non-code content are copyright Z.E Digital Tech.. The "ELO-AGI" and "NEURO" names and associated logos are trademarks of Z.E Digital Tech..

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL Z.E DIGITAL TECH. BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
